Can anyone help me in that i have a text box which i want
to text to run vertically, but when i choose "Rotate Text
within autoshape by 90 degrees" it only gives the option
of the text facing Left and NOT Right, how do i get it to
face Right???

I don't know if I understand your question correctly, because my first
response is to just tell you to rotate the text box 90 degrees in the
opposite direction...am I missing something or is it that simple?

What version of PowerPoint are you using? In PowerPoint 2002 and 2003 you
can just use the green rotation handle on the selected text object. In
PowerPoint 2000 and 97 you can select the text and then go to Format > Text
Box > Size and set the Rotation box to -90 degrees.

Two possible interpretations:

One, you want to rotate it negative 90 degrees or 270 degrees

or

Two, you want text that is arranged vertically. In this case just hit enter
after each letter, center in the text box and adjust the box to an up-down
orientation.
