text box layout

how do you remove double spacing on text inside a text box. i already checked
all the line spacing under paragraphs, etc. yet the text inside the textbox
is still double spaced.
 
SHIFT+Enter, or insert the photo and text into a table/cell and let the text automatically wrap to
the next line.
