text box and internal margin

With "format text box" the internal margin (for individual text
boxes) can be changed. My actual values are: left 0,25 cm, right
0,25 cm, top 0.13 cm and bottom 0.13 cm.
I would like to change these values (from 0,25 to 0,05 and 0,13
to 0,03) affecting all future text boxes.
How can I do this?
Thanks for help!

Open the template you're using, insert a text box, and specify
the desired margins (on the Text Box tab of the Format > Text Box
dialog box). Click OK to close the dialog box, and then
right-click the text box. On the context menu, click "Set
AutoShape defaults". Delete the text box again (unless you
actually want it in your template) and then save the template.
The next time you insert a text box in a document created from
this template, it will have the specified internal margins.

Thank you very much!
