Text area not working :(

Hi
I have a form that I have created in Front Page, which includes lots of text
areas. Everything looks fine until I upload my website and then for some
reason the text areas seem to be disabled and I cannot enter text into them
:( Any advice please...?

Further to my original post, I have discovered that the form seems to allow
me to tab into a text area and enter text, but if I try to click on it with
a mouse, the textarea seems 'disabled'.
 
Post a URL of the form online
- make sure you are using valid form field names and they are all inside of the forms tags
