Testdrive GUI in VS 2003?

Sorry if this borders on being offtopic.

With the eVCs I could test my GUI from the resource editor. If there is
a similar functionality in the VS 2003 "Designer" I can't find it,
neither in VS 2003 itself nor using google (somehow test seems to be a
bad word to include in any search...).

If someone has a definitive answer, please let me know.

There is no intrinsic support for testing your gui in the designer, however
you can always deploy to the emulator to test your gui's.
