Well there you go (see attached pic) much better than I expected, tbh 
I can use Word ok, I manage to do everything I need it for, even though sometimes I have to use help, experiment or just plain try.
Just goes to show MS word is bloated and that Open Office actually has all I'll ever need.
I sometimes think you need at least a one month full time course to operate just one of MS's Office programs.
And it only costs around 3 or 4 hundred quid. Open Office is zilch
