This is an unmoderated News Group. Moderated News Groups would show "Moderated" when you
list the subject headings in the group. As Roy correctly indicated, I wouldn't want the
job.
Saying what is or isn't acceptable is something all "regular participants" can do.
The problem is vetting the requester. We can't tell if your cause is legitimate or not.
Our intent is deal with malware, not spread it around.
What you also intend on doing is dangerous. You risk infecting your own PC and possibly a
leakage causing a localized infection.
