Test site and published site working differently

I have the same code with both the test and the production sites, but
theproduction sites form will not submit while the test works great. They
are identical code bases. Please help! Thanks a bunch. I will learn all of
this, I promise.

We got it working. It was the service.lck didn't have the right permissions
in the root directory. Hope that this helps someone in the future.
