Hi there,
I wanted to test migrating the directory structure and data from a Netware
based environment to my Windows 2003 based AD structure. I already have an
established domain and I wanted to know if there is any reason from an AD
standpoint to put the test domain in an isolated environment?

Thanks,
Sabir.

No, but it's a good practice anyway. And since it is trivial to throw
these on a cheap hub it is probably a good idea to protect your reputation.

Thanks Herb.

My Active Directory test Domain consists of my laptop running Windows
Server (DC), with VPC running Windows Server (DC) and Windows XP
guests! Actually I'm just playing around with 2003 and VPC, but it
shows what can be done.

Performance is not too shabby either!

Cheers.
