Terminator K7 DDR Boot Problem

Unable to boot. Fans run up OK, but nothing else. No beeps, no video signal.

The unit contains the A7SC motherboard.
I have a 2Ghz Athlon XP processor and 256Mb DDR RAM. Are these compaitible?
Also is there a way to set the FSB? No mention in manual.

Sounds like the bios chip is DOA
