Hi folks!

Do i need a client cal for a w2k professional connecting
to a w2k3 Terminalserver?
All i know is that xp clients dont need a cal if they
where bought after releasedate of w2k3.

Yes, they need a server CAL and a TS CAL.

NOTE: also XP clients need both CALs. What you are referring to is
probably the TS CAL transition plan: for every XP desktop that you
owned *before* the release of Windows 2003, you can apply for a
free TS CAL. There is no such thing as a build-in TS CAL for XP
(or any other client). Check:
