On one of my Terminal servers, when I launch the terminal
services manager... A yellow question mark appears over
the server in the tree, and it says it is currently
gathering information about this server. It never goes
away. I have users that can sign onto it no problem, but
I can't seem to see them.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

Deb,

I have only seen this behavior once before and the solution then was to update Winsta.dll and Termsrv.exe with the hotfix
from the article below.

827350 - Clients cannot connect to a Terminal server when Csrss.exe and Termsrv.exe spike at 100 percent CPU usage
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;827350

You would need to open a support incident to obtain the hotfix but as long as you only request the hotfix there should be no
charge for the incident.
