I have a W2K server setup as an application server. I
purchase 10 licenses and installed on it; however, some
users cannot login anymore because their temporary
licenses has expired. I check the 10 licenses and there
are active but some of them have been assigned to same
machine several times; for example, pc3 is listed 3 times
on the licensing certificates. How I can refresh the ten
licenses and have tem available to users when they login
into the network?

Thanks for your help

Are you talking about server CALs or TS CALs? Note that you need both
for each client.
Have you installed and activated a TS Licensing Server? If so, can
the TS locate the LS?
What type of domain do you have and what is the server role of the TS
and the LS (member server, DC)?
Which ServicePack do you run on the TS and the LS?
Which EventIDs do you see in the EventLog on the TS? What error
message do you get when the client is refused?

It might help to call Microsoft Terminal Server and
install a new license key pack. You will then get 10 new
licenses, and the problem is solved. You will need your
authorization number and license number.
