Hi all, anyone know why after changing a nic card on a
terminal server (I used the same ip) all of a sudden grays
out the services under terminal server and can't restart
it? And clients not being able to connect as well, any
pointers would be great, thanks

You can't manually start/stop/pause the Terminal Server service, so this is normal. What you need to check is in the Terminal Services Configuration (Start -> Run -> tscc.msc) -> Connections -> RDP-Tcp -> Properties -> Network Adapter -> Select your new NIC or "All network adapters configured with this protocol
