Again, all you need to add is the TS Client component i listed before, the
other TS components deal with the SERVER side, not the client side.
In any case, you're issue isn't that the feature wasn't installed, you're
issue is that you're expecting those features to show up in your start
menu - that's not the way it works. there are separate components to add
links to the start menu, you don't need those to run the feature, it's just
a convenience. For instance, if you browse to your system32 folder in the
runtime, launch mstsc.exe (TS Client) by double clicking on it.
Please read the documentation supplied at .\program files\windows
embedded\help and at the web site
www.microsoft.com/embedded, there is a FAQ
there as well.
Lastly, look at the User Interface Core component's "settings" in order to
add some features to the start menu, look at the Standard Start Menu
Shortcuts component to add *all* links to the start menu, you will need to
disable the shortcut resources in the "resources" node of that component to
prevent broken links because the links can be added even if the feature
isn't added.
Again, please read the documentation, read the FAQ at the web site and feel
free to search Google Groups to review the newsgroup threads that raise
these same basic questions.
