Terminal Service Licensing

I have installed terminal server and my client is going to
be using tsweb for access to server. How do you go abount
licensing this product? Do you just need client access
licenses?

Depends on which version of the OS you run on the client and the
server and in which mode you run TS. Web access or full rdp client
makes no difference for licensing:
