Hi

we have a W2k terminals server which has citrix on it. at
ramdom the server will stop resonding to client requests
and shows them a blue screen. we get citrix is affected
first followed by terminal server it's self. if you open
terminal server manager from the console no users are
listed. server is then rebooted all is ok. there are no
errors in either the application or system logs to say
what went wrong.

does anyone have any idea to why we are getting this and
how to fix the problem. the server is up todate on
critical updates and is at SP3.

thanks for your help

If there are no errors in the event logs I'd recommend applying the latest SP(4), plus this hotfix

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;824309&Product=win200

then update the firmware & drivers on your motherboard, NIC, RAID Controller & SCSI drives
