Since one out of every 5 messages on these newsgroups pertain to printing to user's local printers, I thought I'd take a moment to point everyone to the most complete and accurate write-up available about the terminal services printing process. It's actually Chapter 8 from Brian Madden & Ron Oglesby's latest book, "Terminal Services for Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Advanced Technical Design Guide". If you take the time to read this document, you'll know everything you need to about printing in a terminal server environment

This document is available via
http://www.workthin.com/BrianMadden-TerminalServerPrinting.pd

or on Brian's website

The entire book is abailable via

Thanks Patrick, thats high praise.
Anyway a ROUGH draft of the chapter that we put out before it was finialized
is available for download on my site (www.thecitrixguy.com) and on
www.printingsupport.com .

Of course this was before we finalized it but it was pretty close to the
completed deal. Anyway buy the book if you like, dont if you dont.
Thanks
