terminal server printers

enabled printers suddenly disappear from the terminal
server . If you go native to the server, printers show up
and you can print. After server is rebooted, terminal
server printers appear and you can print, then suddenly
disappear again, and are unavailable.

Sounds like an unsupported, 3th party printer driver.
Try eliminating such drivers by mapping all printers to a native driver.
