After installing MS Antispyware on our Windows 2000
Terminal Server, I noticed cpu utilization increased to
the point where it frequently peaks at 100%. Prior to
installing the antispyware, utilization averaged 25%.

Rather than running the gcadtserv and gcasserv processes
under each user session, is it possible to have one set
looking after all TS sessions?

What you are suggesting isn't possible with this beta1 product. This is one
reason why the beta is not recommended for use in a production environment.
