terminal server manager

I need to setup terminal server manager on my windows 2000
pro PC so I can manage my windows 2000 servers that have
terminal server installed . Any info will help.

I'm having trouble finding Tsadmin.exe download on
Microsoft's Website.
The link that was sent to me does not work. Any
suggestions?
