Should i be in the "Per seat" mode instead of the "Per
server" mode?

I have 20 cals and starting today several of my clients
can no longer login. When they click on the RDC it will
not even get to the logon screen, it tells them

"The client could not connect to the remote computer.
Remote connections might not be enabled or the computer
might be too busy to accept new connections. It is also
possible that network connections are preventing your
connection."

Is it possible that my licenses are all gone. If so how do
ige them back or change the amount of time that the LS
allows before it takes back the license?

Check the eventlog on the Terminal Server for more specific error messages.
