I've Win2000 SP4 with 10 CAL + 5 TSCAL.
Terminal License Server is installed, actived and TSCAL are installed.

Only 3 TSCAL (from my 5 TSCAL) was just assigned to Win NT/9X client.
10 TSCAL was just assigned to Win2000/XP Prof. client.

I can't connect up to 6 client at the same time!!!
When i connect up to 5 client, a warning message appear on the Win 2000
Server saying that i've reached the maximum license number.
When i try to connect 7 client (independent of Operating System), the Remote
Desktop Client can't connect and display an error saying that the Server
have reached the maximum license number.

Please HELP me!!

For each client that connects to the Terminal Server, you need both
a CAL and a TS CAL.

Since you have only 5 TS CALs and 10 CALs, you can connect to the
TS from 5 different clients. Note that this is not "concurrent
usage", it's 5 fixed clients.

Since you then have 5 CALs on the server left, 5 more clients can
use the server for authentication, file and print services, but not
connect to TS.

But if i connect with Windows XP Prof. i don't need TSCAL on Windows 2000
Server.
Win 2000 Server have unlimited TSCAL for Win XP Prof and Win2000.
Is thi right?

If your TSLS is configured properly, it will issue 2000 & XP Pro clients a
license from its built-in pool. Check the Terminal Services Licensing
Manager to see if it's issuing licenses?

Disable the License Logging Service, which is totally optional, and causes
more problems than it is intended to solve.
