I have a situation whereby we have 70 IMac clients running
the citrix ICA client to gain access to 4 windows 2000 SP4
Citrix servers.

In the last month or so we have had to install more Ts
cals as we appeared to run out. After about a month the
issue is happening again

In the ts licensing utility i can see that a number the
Imacs are receiving multiple TS cals???

Of course i cannot reset any reg keys on them to remove
their licences (like on windows)

Any helpful insights would be gratefully accepted

If you call the Microsoft Clearinghouse they should be able to issue you new licenses

Thanks for that but I would rather have a solution whereby I know the macs
are not going to take more than 1 license.... they appear to be taking as
many as they like at the moment, which means even if I talk to the clearing
house and reset the Cals I will be in the same situation within a month or
two...

you are right. and IMHO Microsoft has created the biggest
can of worms(covering the entire state of Washington) the
world has known over the licensing issues with TS...both
with W2K and 2K3. I would suggest that they come up with
a whole staff committee of ex-government security
employees and set them to task to create something even
more complex and more unmanageable than we are already
stuck with. M$...we're all up to our ears in worm poop.
