Whenever I try to connect to the server I get this error
message. My server is sitting in a DMZ, I have right ports
open for client connection and back (I think) with the
access rules.
Still can't seem to connect to it. Please let me know if
you've seen this problem before or know the solution to it.

Thank you in advance.

Can you ping the terminal server or telnet to port 3389 on
the terminal server?

Have a look at the eventlog and see if there are any
relevant items in there that may indicate a problem with
terminal services.

Yes actually I can ping the server and telnet to port 3389.

I couldn't find anything that would be related to the
terminal services.
Anything else you can think of?

When you telnetted to the terminal server, did you telnet
to port 3389? Something like:

telnet <ip_addredd_of_terminal_server> 3389

If you log onto the terminal server locally, can you run a
netstat -an command to see if anything is listening on
port 3389?
