Terminal Server and MS04-011 Patch

We just apply the MS04-011 Patch to a team of 3 Win 2000 Terminal servers
with SP2.
Before the patch we can do CTRL+ALT+END for access the Windows Security
panel ALSO on the remote control session.
After the patch, the CTRL+ALT+END works only for the current session.
I'm sure that the problem is related to the patch becouse we test this
function before the patch and after it.

Can anyone help?

Thanks for the suggestion .....
but i tryed with another TS Server, Win2K SP4 with all the fixes applied ...
it doesn't work!
I suppose that function (CTRL+ALT+END for access the Windows Security panel
ALSO on the remote controlled session) is a kind of bug
of the pre SP3 or SP4 releases.

Any suggest?

SP4 have many, many TS fixes, and even Post SP4 (pre SP5) fixes.
