Hi, Is there a way to set the "Amount of disk space to
use" option through group policy?
I know you can disable the ability to change it but that
would still leave it about 120 times larger than our users
need it.

I use disk quota to manage the amount of disk space that
a user can access. I use this on my exchange server as
well as our storage server.

That's true unfortunately for me it's not an option.
We're preparing for an interforest domain migration and as
a test I tried it with a PC that was not being used. It
has a 30 gig HD and IE had about 110 for each of the five
profiles on it that added over 90,000 files (plus 2 hours)
to the migration. Drives are so cheap these days
management has no quams about solving space problems with
bigger drives and doesn't. I just need to perform a
migration over a weekend.
