We set the Temporary Internet File folder limit to 1 MB.
However the temporary Internet Files folder still exceeds
the 1 MB limit. Is there something we are missing? We
have deleted the profile, restarted IE and the PC - it
still exceeds 1 MB. We have found this to be the case
with IE 5, 5.5 and 6 on Win 2000. Any suggestions?

just delete temp files on regular basis.

.
"Just delete temp files on regular basis". Now there's a
good suggestion! The whole purpose of setting the
Temporary Internet Files size limit to 1 MB is to NOT
have to delete these files on a "regular basis"! I do not
particularly want to go to every user's PC
and "regularly" delete Temporary Internet Files. This is
a feature offerred in Microsoft's Internet Explorer and
it seems simple enough to set up, but does not work. If
there is anyone with an actual solution to why this
setting does not work I'd like to know about it. THank
you.

Set it for at least 10 MB.
