temporary internet files

Regardless of how much disk space i allow for temporary
internet files, 82 files are saved and that is it.
Something is stopping further files to be recorded.
Regardless of how much use on the internet things stop at
82. I empty this daily, but I like to use it as a tool to
see if the kids have been searching inappropriately.
