temporary internet files

respond...)

I use Windows XP Professional Service Pack 1 ...I suppose
the upgrade version? I use to use Windows ME but I
upgraded 9 months ago..

Your TIF-related folders (not the files) may be damaged. See this page on
deleting/recreating them:
http://www.mvps.org/inetexplorer/answers_8.htm#deltree.

In WinXP you'll need to log-in as Administrator and delete the folders. All
other running processes (e.g., IE, OE) must be closed and your anti-virus
application disabled when doing so. Reboot afterwards.
