Where does XP put temporary internet files? In Win 98 there's a folder called
"Temporary Internet Files," I think. Where are they in XP?

Thanks!

Hi

They are in the same named folder. Open Internet Explorer and go to
Tools>Internet Options> - then click on Settings>View Files...

No matter which system you use they are still called Temporary Internet
files. They are also in the same named folder - in your system account
within Documents and Settings.

C:\Documents and Settings\UsErNaMe\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files

where UsErNaMe is the name of the particular user you have, each user has
their own set. Local Settings is a "hidden file" I believe and you need
to switch on showing hidden files in file listings to see that one.
