Temporary Internet Files

I'm looking for a group policy setting that will allow me to control
Tools->Internet Options->General->Temporary Internet Files->Settings. I want
to change the options to check for newer versions of stored pages to every
time I visit the page. Is there a policy available that will allow me to do
that? I know there is one to hide the General tab, but I need one that goes
deeper than that.
