temporary files

Hi,

I have a problem where I try to save an image and it can only be saved as a
bitmap.

Clearing the temporary files and reloading the browser clears the problem
but only temporarily. The problem comes back right away, like within an hour.
This is a recent developement, I didn't previously have this problem. What
can I do so this problem doesn't return right away?

Set the size of TIF to 50 MB.
When you clear TIF check the box to clear all offline content.
