temporary files

I have a temp file that seems to crash my computer
occasionally. The file name is locals\temp\WER4.tmp.dir01
\sysdata.xml. Can I delete this - it looks like it
contains the profile to my computer

If it's a Temp file then you can delete it. If it won't delete check
