Temporarily change a Distribution List

I have a Distribution List which should change on a
regular basis as when I forward to it I don't want to
include the original sender to me. Is there any way to
temporarily change the list apart from the way I am doing
it now - delete the member - save & close - then re-add
the member once I have sent that e-mail? I have Outlook
2002.

Is this an Outlook DL in the contacts folder or on an Exchange sever?

If in outlook, and if you are changing it often, use categories to create a
dynamic dl.

Yes - it is just in the contacts folder - I will see if
