Temporarily Block Limewire

I have an ADSL connection, I have Norton. I wanted to still use
Limewire, but I wanted to stop another user from using it. I tried to
stop them by locking it with a file lock program, bu they just
reinstalled it again, so is there a way I can block Limewire, so that I

can only unblock it too, for when I need to use it?

Is that person a Limited account user (who doesn't know your XP password)?
 
no there are admin.

What does that mean? And please don't remove ALL the earlier message
context. No one using a standard newsgroup reader (ie without web
interface) is going to bother hunting down earlier messages


Is there even some port I can block so it wont work?
Look up Limewire's port *in* Limewire. But if everyone is an admin then
they can just as easily unblock it.
