If you think that an Access database - or any algorithm - can reliably predict
randomly drawn Lotto numbers, you're in for a disappointment. No such
prediction is possible (barring extreme dishonesty on the part of the Lotto
organizers, and in that case you're still out of luck unless you're in on the
plot).
