It sounds like they are compressed files, which XP is
capable of. It's like zipping the files, but you don't have
to tell XP to zip/unzip anything; it does it on its own for
you.
If I'm right, the guy who said you were in the wrong
group is in error. Blue is the default color applied to
compressed files. If you know how to look at the
attributes, they will have a "c" attribute.
It's called encrypting though, not zipping. You don't
have to, but if you want to un-encrypt them, select them,
right click, and choose the unencrypt line. If you have
many templates, I'd leave the encrypted and save on the
space, especially if you don't have a large hd. \
