Prior to XP MS Word contained a Transmittal Template.

I cannot find a copy of this Template. Where can I get a
copy for our use?

It may be that Word has the template and you didn't install it.

I've searched my systems which have Word 97, Word 2000, and Word 2003
installed. None of them have a Microsoft transmittal template. I tossed out
a bunch of Word 97 templates that I didn't use and I didn't install all
templates on either Word 2000 or Word 2003. You may want to reinstall or
update your installation using your original CD and make sure that you are
installing the template group that it is found in.

Alternatively, you could probably make your own. What did it do that is
special?

I've had several versions of Word and have always (at least initially)
installed all the MS templates. I can't recall ever having seen a
Transmittal template. I suspect this was a custom template provided by your
organization or another third party.
