I downloaded a Donation Receipt template and would like to create a spread
sheet to connect to it . Beside individual receipts I need to have the total
donations for the year so I can give them one "year of end" receipt.

I would appreciate any help on this.
 
"Coonect to it" means a database workbook that updates with each new
workbook created by the Template?

This type of operation is best done by using the Template Wizard.
