Template - View

I have just tried top open an exisiting template of my letterhead and found
that all I get is a blank page and the only way I can view it is in Reading
View but I am unable to do anything else.

It must be a button that has been clicked somewhere as even if I download
the original template from the site, it still only shows up in reading view.

Can anyone help me on this as it is frustrating not knowing where to go to
unclick or remedy this.

On the View tab of Tools | Options, make sure you have "Drawings" checked
and "Picture placeholders" unchecked.
