(*.POTX) from the "save as type" dropdown list, you're taken there
automatically: C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates. Then
type blank.potx in the File Name box.
(I'm giving you the info on how to find it in case you can't remember the
path later!)
