My guess is that you have to be in a particular place in powerpoint, for the option 'template help' to be relevant. What that place is I've no idea. G Guest Oct 20, 2006 #3 To enable Tools>option>service options> online content (tick the obvious box) It is ONLY available when you download certain templates from the microsoft website (try some of the business ones) Hope that solves the mystery (never found it much help BTW)
