I have a user that has a line at the top and bottom of the slide in a template he's using as well as a company logo in the corner. It's not showing on all his slides. I thought maybe it was just powerpoints usual problem that a reboot would resolve, but that doesn't resolve it.

On my machine with the same OS, same version of office, updates and configuration they show up properly, but even after a reboot, detect and repair etc on his machine they do not.

PowerPoint 2002

Thanks!

Have you tried to login as a different user (therefore a
different profile)and see if the problem returns? If it
does not, you can just recreate the user's profile or just
remove the settings for powerpoint in the user's current
profile. I found this often solves several of the Office
suite problems...

Scott,

What are the lines on the template?

If they are very fine...maybe your users low desktop res is they reason they cannot be seen? (640x480 etc)

Are they linked graphics...that are not on your users pc

Just a few thoughts
