Please:

- Lay off the CAPS LOCK. It's hard to read and looks like you're
SHOUTING AT US, and it's considered impolite.

- If you're talking about doing this in Microsoft Access, you might
want to (more politely and with more detail) post this question in the
dataaccesspages newsgroup.

- If you're not doing it in Access, please find a newsgroup for the
software in which you *will* be doing it.

- Finally, remember that these newsgroups are peer-support groups,
where answers are provided by real live human beings who volunteer
their time, without pay; not by a search engine.
