Is there a way to view the temp folders that are NOT under the windows
folder. I believe they may be hidden. I'm running XP and I downloaded some
files that said they were being downloaded to a temp folder and I need to
find it.
Thanks

You're asking your question in the wrong newsgroup; this one is devoted
to Microsoft Access, the database development program.

However, it seems to me you could run a search for files named "Temp" of
type "Folder", and see what turns up. Also, in Windows 2000, and quite
likely in Windows XP, each user has a hidden folder named "Local
Settings" under the C:\Documents and Settings\(username) folder, and
that "Local Settings" folder contains a folder named "Temp" where a lot
of temporary files get put. In Win2K, you can make hidden files and
folders visible in Windows Explorer by clicking Tools -> Folder
Options... and changing a setting on the View tab of the Folder Options
dialog.
