Temp file question

I'm back with another question. My 20 gig hard drive was not adequate
for video processing, so I added a 160 gig external. I'm moving files
from C: to the new H: from the "My Videos" folder.

In that folder is a humongous file called WMT67.tmp at 1,289,063 kb.

What would that be? Can I delete it or do I need to move it up to H:?
Usually a temp file is something created in a process and it's not
used again. I have no idea what created it. It could be MM or it
could be Nero (when I burned a DVD).
