SFU-3.5, windows2000 server

Telnet Service failed to initialize. System Error : Not enough storage is
available to process this command.

after about 26-28 simult. telnet connections win2000 server starts to say
this -- licensing & allowed sessions is 64+

windows2003server does not have this problem--- same basic software
installed...

is there a registry workaround or hotfix?

KB arts talk some of this but its old nt4 systems, etc...

1) It sounds like you need to make a change in the registry. Go to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, \System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session
Manager\SubSystems\Windows and look for an entry that says Shared
Section=1024,3072,512

Change the 512 to 256 and then reboot.
