Telnet license

By default in windows 2000 there is only two telnet
licenses how can we increase the number of telnet
connection.
In winodow help i got this

Two Telnet Server connection licenses are provided with
each installation of Windows 2000 Server. This limits
Telnet Server to two connecting Telnet clients at a time.
If you need additional licenses, please use Telnet Server
from the Microsoft Windows Services for UNIX add-on pack.


how can i get unix add on pack.
