Tell Ghost 2003 to use USB 1.1...?

Howdy,

Each time I create a Ghost 2003 image I must tell Ghost to load the
USB 1.1 drivers.

I assume that I can set that as the default, but I cannot seem to
figure out how to do it.

Can you assist?
